September is Wellbeing awareness month, so I wanted to share that article and short video 'The 7 Types of Rest that Every Person Needs'.
It's easy to forget sometimes that sleep isn't actually the only type of rest, and that rest actually comes in many different forms.
A quick summary of the different types of rest we need:
- Physical rest
- Mental rest
- Sensory rest
- Creative rest
- Emotional rest
- Social rest
- Spiritual rest
